Disclaimer

Last updated: July 2026 · This page explains our relationship to open-source projects, the risks of using this software, and the scope of our content disclaimer.

This page is the disclaimer for Clash CN Download ("this site"). We provide a download hub, installation tutorials, and troubleshooting content for clients in the Clash ecosystem. By visiting or using this site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms below. If you disagree with any part, please stop using this site.

1. About This Site and Its Relationship to Upstream Projects

This site is an independently maintained guide and download hub. It is not an official entity and does not represent the position of any open-source project.

This site has no affiliation, agency, sponsorship, or business relationship with the developers or maintainers of Clash, mihomo (Clash Meta), Clash Verge Rev, FlClash, Clash Nyanpasu, ClashX Meta, Clash for Windows, Clash Meta for Android, Surfboard, Clash Plus, or any related project.

The names, icons, and related marks of the software above belong to their respective project owners; we reference them here solely for identification and navigation purposes. For feature sets, open-source licensing, and release schedules, always refer to the official channels of each project.

2. Use Software at Your Own Risk

All clients covered on this site are open-source software provided "as is." Neither the software authors nor this site make any express or implied warranty regarding functional completeness, operational stability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Any direct or indirect consequences arising from downloading, installing, configuring, or using this software — including but not limited to data loss, account issues, network disruption, device malfunction, or service restrictions — are the sole responsibility of the user.

Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction, as well as the terms of service of any network they connect to, and must use proxy tools lawfully. Any legal liability arising from improper use rests entirely with the user and is unrelated to this site.

Subscription services are operated independently by third parties. Users are responsible for evaluating the reliability, stability, and compliance of any subscription source; this site does not recommend or guarantee any subscription service.

3. Content Accuracy Disclaimer

Tutorials, glossary entries, and troubleshooting content on this site are written based on the client version and system environment at the time of writing. Interfaces, menu locations, and toggles may change with software updates — always defer to the current version's interface and official documentation.

This site is updated periodically, but we cannot guarantee every page stays in sync with the latest release. If a page's description no longer matches the actual interface, treat each project's official release notes and documentation as authoritative.

Configuration examples in our content are for illustrating syntax only. Addresses, ports, passwords, and similar values shown are fictional placeholders — copying them verbatim will not work and should never be used in a real deployment.

4. Source of Download Files

Download links on this site point to each project's official release channels or to mirror distribution addresses we maintain. Installer contents match the upstream release; we do not modify or repackage any installer.

Version information and download links are kept up to date through an automated sync process, so there may be a short delay between an upstream release and the update on this site. If a download fails or the version looks incorrect, try again later or visit the Downloads page for a fresh link.

The iOS client is distributed through the App Store; its listing status, pricing, and regional availability follow whatever the App Store page shows at the time.

5. External Links Disclaimer

Pages on this site contain links to app stores, official project sites, source code repositories, and other third-party destinations. The content, availability, and privacy practices of those sites are the sole responsibility of their operators; we do not endorse them and accept no liability for them.

Any downloads, installations, purchases, registrations, or subscriptions that result from clicking an external link take place strictly between the user and that third party, and have nothing to do with this site.

6. Changes to This Disclaimer and Feedback

We reserve the right to revise this disclaimer at any time. Revisions take effect as soon as they're published, and the "Last updated" date at the top of the page will be refreshed accordingly — no separate notice will be given. Continued use of this site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you have questions about a download link or tutorial content, check the Tutorials page and the Troubleshooting page first — most common issues are already covered there.
